  • Our return policy is very simple:
    If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on beasttapestry .com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days from the date of package delivery.
    As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.
    Please note - beasttapestry does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality

  • We appreciate your understanding and ask that you double check your order details before purchasing. If you have accidentally ordered the wrong item, please contact us within 12 hours via Instagram @beasttapestry or email support@beasttapestry.com for assistance.

  • If you receive a defective item, please notify us via Instagram @beasttapestry or email: support@beasttapestry.com within 24 hours of receiving the item and provide us with a picture of the defect. We will provide you with an appropriate compensation policy.
