RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please read our policy carefully to ensure your rights and solve problems quickly!
Return and Refund Rules
✅ Acceptable Return and Exchange Conditions:
The product is unopened, unused, unwashed, and the tag is intact
Submit an application within 14 days after receiving the product
Provide the original order number and purchase receipt
❌ Return and Exchange are not accepted:
Products that have been worn, washed or damaged by humans
Exceeding the 14-day return and exchange period
Special sale products or clearance products (unless there are quality issues)
Return and Exchange Process
1️⃣ Submit an application:
Log in to the official website account or contact customer service (support@beasttapestry.com) to submit a return and exchange request
Provide the order number, product photos and reason for return and exchange
2️⃣ Review and Confirmation:
We will review and reply within 1-3 working days
After the review is passed, you will receive the return and exchange address and logistics instructions
3️⃣ Return the product:
Please use the original packaging or anti-damage packaging to return
Note: The shipping cost is borne by the customer (except for quality issues)
4️⃣ Refund/Exchange:
Refund: Return to original payment method, 3-7 working days to arrive
Exchange: We will send out new products within 5 working days after receiving the return
Special Note
🔹 Quality issues: If the product is defective or damaged during transportation, we will bear the return shipping costs and provide free exchange or full refund.
🔹 International orders: Tariff adjustments may be involved, please contact customer service for details.
