Production
The general production time is 2-5 days. Customized products are 3-7 days.
If the goods you purchase are in stock, they will be shipped within 24 hours.
If the goods are customized or need to be produced, it will take 3 to 5 days.
During the peak season (October to December), it may be delayed by about 2 to 4 days. It depends on the situation at that time. We will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping
Air freight is used by default, and expedited shipping can be used according to customer's requirements.
It depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. The default shipping method to North America and Europe Oceania takes about 7-15 days. Fast shipping methods such as DHL FEDEX, etc., take about 5~8 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Please take photos and contact us as soon as possible, provide us with photos of the damaged product, and we will support you within 24 hours on working days. Please refer to our return and exchange policy for details
If you find out early (within 42-72 hours), please contact us in time and we can help you change the address if the goods have not been sent out.
If you find out late that the package has been sent out, your package may be signed for by someone else or returned to the overseas warehouse due to delivery failure.
If it is signed for by someone else, we will assist you in trying to retrieve the package.
If it is returned to the overseas warehouse, please contact us to provide the correct address and wait patiently for the second delivery (10~20 working days)
